Introduction
These terms and conditions (“User Terms”) apply to your visit and your use of our websites at www.kumkangrestaurant.co.nz (the “Websites”), the Service and the Application, as well as to all information, recommendations and/or services provided to you on or through the Websites, and the Service.
PLEASE READ THESE USER TERMS CAREFULLY BEFORE DOWNLOADING OUR APPLICATION AND/OR ACCESSING OUR WEBSITES OR USING OUR SERVICE. By using our Services, accessing our Websites you hereby agree to be bound by these User Terms.
If you are in a jurisdiction that restricts or prohibits the use of the Service or Application, you may not use the Service or the Application. The Service, Application and Websites are provided by Three Suns Limited (hereinafter referred to as “we” or “us”).
On-line Ordering
Kumkang Mountain Korean BBQ Restaurant provides an on line ordering website for ordering food for pick up from a store at 1/215 Rosedale Road, Albany, Auckland 0632.
We do not retain credit card or other payment details.
Kumkang Mountain Korean BBQ Restaurant agrees to fulfil orders as per the terms and conditions but reserves the right to reject any order in its discretion.
If you place an order online you acknowledge and agree that Kumkang Mountain Korean BBQ Restaurant is entitled to assume that any Order which is placed with Kumkang Mountain Korean BBQ Restaurant via the facility using your details and which is accepted by Kumkang Mountain Korean BBQ Restaurant is a valid Order on your behalf for which you are obliged to pay.
You acknowledge that:
The website is provided in good faith, but Kumkang Mountain Korean BBQ Restaurant cannot guarantee its performance or availability. The website may be unavailable from time to time for scheduled maintenance and or upgrades and as there are inherent hazards in electronic distribution and as such Kumkang Mountain Korean BBQ Restaurant cannot warrant against delays or errors in transmitting data between you and Kumkang Mountain Korean BBQ Restaurant including Orders, and you agree that to the maximum extent permitted by law. Kumkang Mountain Korean BBQ Restaurant will not be liable for any losses which you suffer as a result of the Facility not being available or for delays or errors in transmitting Orders.

Upon submitting your order you are responsible for the costs associated with that order.
If you choose to pick up an order and not turn up to collect and pay that you are still liable for the costs of the order.
Please note that the pick up times provided are estimates only. Due to the unforeseen nature of demand Kumkang Mountain Korean BBQ Restaurant does not guarantee pick up times as delays beyond our control may be experienced.
Kumkang Mountain Korean BBQ Restaurant reserves the right to cancel your order and any future orders if it learns that you have provided false or misleading registration information, interfered with other users or the administration of Kumkang Mountain Korean BBQ Restaurant services, or violated these Terms and Conditions.
You may not at any time be the holder of more than one registration with Kumkang Mountain Korean BBQ Restaurant whether by use of your own name, the use of aliases, or some combination thereof.
You agree to fully indemnify and hold Kumkang Mountain Korean BBQ Restaurant harmless from any claim, cost, demand or damage (including legal costs on a full indemnity basis) incurred or which may be incurred arising from a breach by you of these Terms and Conditions of Use

Your use of the material contained on this web site is at your sole risk. Any information and data is provided on an as is basis and excludes any warranties which may be excluded by law. Kumkang Mountain Korean BBQ Restaurant reserves to itself the right to change any of the material on this web site at any time.
Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once your payment has been processed.
You agree that once the order is submitted that you are responsible for the cost of the order and services.
Refunds/Credits
Any issues with food quality need to be reported upon receiving the order as we reserve the right to inspect the order if required.
Please take a photo of the food or order to support your complaint and email it to us if requested as it helps us to improve our services and systems.
Please be aware that while we will do everything from our end to complete this refund as soon as possible it may take up to 3 business days depending on your financial institution and the transaction type ie. Credit card.
Allergen free or gluten free orders
Please state in the order note (optional) if you have an allergy when you order or let us know verbally if you order by phone or in person at the store.
Kumkang Mountain Korean BBQ Restaurant will endeavour to provide gluten free or allergen free food if requested by you, but traces of allergens or gluten may be unintentionally present in food due to cross-contamination during store operations. We cannot guarantee 100% that our food is allergen or gluten free.
Kumkang Mountain Korean BBQ Restaurant cannot be liable for any costs whatsoever, including medical costs, if a customer has any adverse reaction to a Kumkang Mountain Korean BBQ Restaurant product.
